Wholesale Customer Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2* business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
*There may be potential delays during holidays, tradeshows, or anytime we run a special sale due to higher volume of orders or on Federal Holidays where the Postal Service is closed.
US Shipping Rates and Estimates
For all United States (and US Territories), shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are based on total price of your order after any discounts are applied.

*All Flat Rate or Free Shipping will be standard USPS or UPS Ground. If you want expedited shipping (UPS 2nd Day/UPS Next Day) you will have to pay actual costs of shipping for your order.
For Drop Ship Orders, all the above Shipping & Handling Rates will apply plus a drop ship fee as shown below.

All orders are shipped from Lewis Center, Ohio. If any packages are returned to The Worthy Dog due to incomplete/incorrect address provided to us, you will be charged actual shipping charges for second shipping label(s) to resend out your order even if your order qualified for Flat Rate/Free Shipping. Original Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please make sure to include Apt/Ste/Unit numbers on all addresses that they apply.

International Shipping Rates
For all International (non-United States) Orders, actual cost of shipping, custom duty (if applicable), and any additional handling cost will be charged to your credit card as additional charge at the time of shipping. You will be contacted by email before your credit card is charged.
At this time, all International Orders are shipped via United States Post Office (USPS). Delivery times will vary greatly depending on the destination, and no delivery times can be estimated or guaranteed. All orders are shipped from Lewis Center, Ohio.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Worthy Dog is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
For International Drop Ships, all the above shipping rates apply plus a drop ship fee (please see chart in US Shipping Rates). You will need to provide an Invoice that includes the following:

Full description of item(s) with customer’s cost (only put items The Worthy Dog is Shipping in the package on the Invoice)

If any packages are returned to The Worthy Dog due to incomplete/incorrect address provided to us, you will be charged actual shipping charges for second shipping label(s) to resend out your order. Original Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please make sure to include Apt/Ste/Unit numbers on all addresses that they apply.
How do I Check the Status of my Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name, order number, and tracking number (if available), and we will look into it for you. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to reply to your email.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We only accept returns, if the item is unused and in its original condition/packaging, and we will refund the full amount paid for returned item(s) minus the shipping costs for the return.
All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized before being shipped back to us. Please contact us at [email protected] with your name, order number, and a brief description of what you wish to return/exchange. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to reply to your email.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at [email protected] with your name, order number, and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
